WHERE IS WOMNOFWORTH BASED OUT OF?
Our team is based out of Dallas, Texas. However, we are an online ministry that reaches all parts of the United States.

WHAT IS YOUR STANCE ON WOMEN LEADERSHIP IN THE CHURCH?
We believe that in the beginning, God made both man and woman in His image.
Both were created to bear His image, and we miss an integral part of the gospel when we do not hear the theological reflections and teachings of godly women. Limiting leadership to men alone deprives the church of a unique perspective of God, as women are also His image bearers. Women are gifted with deep insights into the word of God, which are a blessing to the body of Christ. Their voices should be valued, sought after, and elevated.
We believe churches should cultivate environments for the growth and development of women’s giftings and callings.
Women should be honored and respected, obedient to the call of God on their lives regardless of tradition and cultural norms. Jesus consistently lifted women out of shame and into honor, using those whom society rejected to further His Kingdom. For every woman who has felt less than others, we encourage you not to let stigma silence your God-given voice. We celebrate women leaders in the faith, especially in areas where men have not answered the call. We cannot fulfill the Great Commission to make disciples without confident, strong, godly women. Keep going ladies, and know that we are here to cheer you on.

WHAT IS BEHIND THE NAME “WOMNOFWORTH”?
Many women don't truly know their worth, and when you don't know your worth, you constantly compromise it. We want every woman to understand that she is made in the image of God for His will and glory. Our worth is established by the blood of Jesus Christ, and nothing we do or don't do can add to or subtract from that worth. As Daughters of the Most High King, every woman is royalty. Women often struggle with many lies from the enemy, but we are committed to helping every woman recognize her worth in the Lord. Our mission is to ensure that each woman knows she is valuable, loved, and significant in God's eyes and He's ready to do much more than we can ask, think or even imagine.

WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE IN THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM?
Our Leadership Program is designed to nurture Christ-like leaders of influence. Many women shy away from leadership because they may not feel called or equipped, but we believe every woman is a leader. According to John Maxwell, leadership is simply influence, and each of us has the ability to influence others every day—in our roles as moms, daughters, wives, friends, sisters, and even strangers. The potential for God to use your influence for His kingdom is limitless if you give Him your simply trust and obedience.
If you're seeking a space to grow into the woman God created you to be, to connect with like-minded women across the country, and to develop your dreams, then our program is for you.​
Our vision for this program is to create a nurturing environment where women feel seen and heard, where they can deepen their relationship with God, and ultimately, where they can confidently walk in the unique purpose He has called them to fulfill. Join us as we journey together toward becoming the women God intended us to be, impacting lives and spreading His love and truth in our communities and beyond.

WHO IS LDP OPEN TO?
The Leadership Development Program is open to any woman who has a relationship with Jesus Christ and has the desire to grow more as a leader!

At WOMNOFWORTH, we believe that your commitment shapes your outcomes in this program. Our ultimate goal is for you to leave with a deep understanding of your identity in Christ, clarity on your unique God-given purpose, and the skills to nurture and realize your dreams and visions from the Lord.
This program is designed to be moderate to intense. Throughout the year, we delve into several essential topics that require your consistent engagement. You'll gain proficiency in your identity, gifts & strengths, your testimony/story, spiritual disciplines, and foundational principles of leadership, biblical discipleship, and personal growth.

What's Included:
12 Dynamic Courses: Immerse yourself in a comprehensive curriculum designed to elevate your leadership skills through kingdom principles.
Personalized Coaching: Receive one-on-one coaching tailored to your unique strengths and areas for growth, ensuring you maximize your leadership potential.
Small Group Mentorship: Join intimate group sessions where you can connect, share, and grow with like-minded leaders under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Interactive Workbook: Gain access to a detailed workbook packed with exercises, reflections, and tools to support your journey and track your progress.
Exclusive 3-Day In-Person Retreat: (additional cost) Participate in an immersive retreat that offers intensive learning, networking opportunities, and personal growth experiences in a serene and inspiring setting.

The retreat is highly recommend but it will be an extra fee determined once the program starts (For no more than $100-200, which covers lodging, food, and activities, you can join us at the WOW Retreat which we highly recommend to make friends and get to know your teachers and mentors personally. )
* Flights are not included in this cost but if you fly into Dallas, we're happy to assist with transportation arrangements as needed.
*For those unable to join us in person, recorded sessions of the 2-3 courses taught onsite will be accessible.

IS THE WOW LDP AN ACCREDITED PROGRAM?
No, the WOW Leadership Program is not accredited. Our program is designed to establish the groundwork for your personal growth and leadership development journey. It serves as a training platform to equip you with essential tools and resources for leadership. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate of achievement recognizing their dedication and growth.

This is a 6-month program, 2 Semester Program with a one month break in between (December)
The program runs from September-March (excluding December)

HOW MUCH IS THE COST OF WOW LDP?
The tuition for the WOMNOFWORTH Leadership Development Program is $150*. This fee covers various resources and materials provided to students, including workbooks, coursework, training, and administrative costs. It represents a minimal financial investment in your future, with the potential for significant personal and leadership growth through dedicated effort.
*Additional costs will apply if the student attends the retreat for all program participants, covering accommodations.
Please note that tuition fees are non-refundable in the event of program withdrawal.

WHAT DOes THE PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?
Each training will have a time of prayer, teaching, and reflection. Each topic will cover a two-week time frame.
There will be times you will schedule with your mentor & one-on-one coaching as well.

ARE THERE SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES?
We have developed the program to be as accessible as possible, though we do understand not every student will be able to afford our tuition rates. If this is the case, please email us at womnofworth@gmail.com
WHERE WILL CLASSES BE LOCATED?
The program is all online! You get to attend each class in the comfort of your own home. We do highly recommend putting your video on for each class to stay focused and on topic.
Is Attendance Mandatory?
While we encourage full participation to maximize your learning and growth, we understand that life circumstances may occasionally interfere. We expect participants to attend every training session and scheduled coaching calls throughout the year. However, you are allowed up to 2 absences. Exceeding this limit may affect your eligibility for the completion certificate and participation in WOW leadership opportunities.
