WOMNOFWORTH began in May 2013 when a group of women decided that we were not born to be silent or subtle, as our culture might suggest. We weren't made to be just wives, moms, or career women—we were made for so much more!

Our vision was to create a place where every woman in our community could share her gifts, talents, leadership abilities, visions, and dreams without fear of judgment or discrimination. Over the years, God has transformed us from a women’s conference into a dynamic ministry dedicated to inspiring change in our culture, congregations, and community.
